Rest & Digest

I’ve always hated getting sick. Runny noses, coughing, sore throats - it’s a miserable experience. I remember getting sick several years ago and telling myself, “I’m going to take better care of myself.” And I did. I made healthier food choices, exercised regularly and got more rest. But after a while of being “healthy”, I got complacent. Stressful days at work, eating to excess, binge watching Netflix late into the evening - I fell off the wagon, so to speak. And of course, I would get sick again. 

 

I needed to stop the cycle or at least stop “yo-yoing” between the relative extremes of health and illness. In short, I was searching for balance. Through extensive mentorship and study, I have developed a program that aims to achieve that balance. The Rest & Digest Program uses treatments and lifestyle recommendations based on Chinese medicine principles to support healthful living.
